Boiler

Steam Boilers are of 2/3 pass smoke tube Vertical/Horizontal, Fully / Semi- Automatic design with proven performance. The Boilers are manufactured as per latest Indian Boiler Regulations/ International codes as class- I equipment.

The boilers are fitted with high combustion efficiency fuel firing equipment resulting in optimum thermal efficiency to achieve economical running cost of the boilers.
The range of the product makes the selection to the nearest size of equipment to save on Capital Cost.

Scope of Supply
Our Offer for One No. Zenith Horizontal Packaged Oil or Gas Fired Boiler Model Znb – 20 Having Evaporation Capacity of 200 Kg / Hr From and at 100 Deg When Fired with LDO / LPG and Suitable for A working Pressure of 7.0 Kg / Sq. cm (100 Psi )
The boiler will be complete with the following mountings:
	One No. Main Steam stop valve.
	Two Nos. feed cum check valves.
	One No. Double post spring loaded safety valve.
	Two sets of Gauge glasses with four nos. of cocks complete with two nos. of Glass tubes.
	One No. fusible plug.
	Two Nos. valves for pressure gauge and air vent.
	One No. Auxiliary valve.
	One No. 6” dial pressure gauge.
	One No. water level controller for automatic operation of the feed pumps with low water alarm and burner cut off.
	One No. ladder alongwith platform on the top of the boiler.
	Two Nos. electric operated multi stage centrifugal pumps.
	One No. flue gas explosion door.
	The boiler will be suitably insulated and covered with mild steel / aluminum Sheeting of 24 gauge and will be given a coat of paint for attractive finish.
	The boiler with its mountings and fittings will be fitted on the skid.
	One No. fully automatic jet forced draught on / off, high / low burner complete with inner Assembly, Nozzles, Ignition Transformer with ignition leads and ignition electrodes, flame failure device, air blower oil pump or multiblock etc.
	Electrical Control panel housing the starters, contactors, operating switches indicating lights for electrical circuit of boiler, sequence controller, modulation relays, hooter and its accessories.
	The boiler is manufactured under strict supervision of Chief Inspector of Boilers and Smoke Nuisances, New Delhi as per latest Indian Boiler Regulations.
